A High School Senior Portrait at Gilbert Riparian Preserve

Senior portraits are always fun and a great reflection of personality.  Marissa is a beautiful, relaxed and fun senior who loves her dog, Whiskey. 

Though he was not always as keen as Marissa was to smile for the camera, I did manage to snap some great shots of the two of them interacting.

They were great sports as we hiked through the terrain at the Gilbert Riparian Preserve, taking advantage of the natural desert backdrops the area provides. 

The wild bunnies kept Whiskey’s attention, which in turn kept Marissa and her dad holding tightly to his leash! 

We started out casual in the brush, then ended with a more classic look in a more classic desert scene.
