ASU Graduation Portrait Phoenix
The grounds at Papago Park, close to the Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Garden, are beautifully Arizona, and conveniently located in the south-central valley.
And of course, nothing says Arizona more than images of mountains, saguaro cacti and desert brush all on a dramatic red and orange sunset backdrop!
A perfect setting to commemorate graduation at Arizona State University.
It was a little warm, well ok, it was hot!
But it was still a great senior photo shoot due to my amazing subject!
She really made the session easy with her willingness to trek around the desert.
Not to mention, she is super photogenic!
Luckily, we did not have to go too far to get most of the shots.

The layered desert foliage is truly one of my favorite things about this location.
We took some nice professional shots, great for this creative graduate to use as she searches for work in her field of expertise.
We also captured some fun casual images around the lake and with the red rock behind her.
Both of us ended up driving over to the desert area outside of the botanical gardens to grab a few shots of the amazing sunset with the saguaro.
